SUNLIT SKIES
The sunshine dances on the water each day,
reflecting the brilliant sunrise overland,
greets the dawn and chasing the night away.
Mother Nature always has a beautiful array,
painting streaks for her lovely rainbow then,
arch streams in vibrant colors cross the bay.
Wind blows as the white caps start to sway,
splashing water back and forth to the sand,
as the waves glistens from the sunlit rays.
When the sun begins to set at the end of day,
there are colors of crimson, purple, and gold,
blue, as sun disappear like magic into the bay.
If the sun did not shine in the sky each day,
life on Earth would suddenly come to an end,
making the sky always so dark and so gray,
making black the Heavenly clouds as we pray.

Thank you for reading an older poem. It is appreciated. Nature is such a pleasure to write about. No matter the season or time or day there is something beautiful to be seen in it. Take care. Bless You always.
