Remember when our love made us happy,
when our hearts would beat as one,
I remember whenever I had a bad day,
you would always bring back the sun.
Our memories have filled a lifetime,
now you've forgotten our yesterdays,
you left me to pick up the pieces,
as you've taken my happiness away.
I remember when life was worth living,
before this unbearable feeling of pain,
you tell me to just forget you now,
but I desperately need you again.
Why can't you see the heartache,
the nights are endless so full of tears,
as my heart keeps longing for you,
as I remember you being here.
I just want you back to hold me tight,
I would even beg to feel loved once more,
please take away all these lonely nights
please come love me like before.
