From the Mountains I draw dancing Fire;
The crimson lifeblood of raging Earth;
So I may smite those who draw my ire,
And have the strength to prove my worth.
From the Glaciers I draw steady Ice;
The bitter calm that carpets ranges;
So I may weather flaming vice;
And steel my heart 'gainst their deranges.
From the Air I draw morphic Wind;
The swift messenger of the frozen peaks;
So I may think with thought unpinned,
With open mind and soul unique.
From the Sky I draw almighty Thunder;
The voice of heavens ages past,
So my word will not run under;
And foes will shriek from it aghast.
From the Ocean I draw wholesome Rain;
The tears of life o'er ground so high,
So my heart still feels the touch of pain,
And I never forget how to cry.
And From the Ground I draw solid Earth,
Whence all began and all will end;
Let it anchor me through woe and mirth,
And when all else fails be my last friend.
I draw from these, every living hour,
For they spawn Life, the greatest power
And when I grow weary of unceasing breath;
From the chalice of Life I will draw Death.
