Truth of Life

Lying down as the cold breeze softly flows in front of my innocent eyes,
Realizing that no one is there for me anymore,
It’s my life and I have to live accordingly,
No more fake hugs, and none of those special three words,
I’m tired of this fake life,
Parents have stayed and went,
Taught me how unfair life can be,
Friends have stayed and went,
Taught me how cruel this world truly is,
Girls have stayed and went,
Showed me not to count on one person,
One word, One moment, One day,
That’s all it takes to break this old heart,
Some call me weak, some call me emotional,
I call myself strong, stronger than anyone I know,
Taking this pain slowly by slowly, overcoming this depression on my own,
No more bruises, No more cuts,
I’m making it, with or without anyone’s help,
God didn’t even come down to swoop me into his arms,
Showing me that no one else will,
It’s my life,
Living Accordingly,
Motivated and Determined to succeed,
Reach that one moment,
American Dream…
