The day I met my husband was such a special day,
all throughout high school we were good friends,
when ever I would need someone to talk with,,
I always knew on him I could depend.
Then one day we decided we would get married,
I knew how proud I'd be to become his wife,
from that day there would never be another,
now we would become soul mates for life.
He always knew exactly what I was thinking,
we wanted to make each others dreams come true,
our souls would always be connected together,
by the air we breathe and the love we knew.
In so many little ways he made my life complete ,
together love made our hearts beat as one,
whenever I awoke to a dark and cloudy day,
just his sweet smile would be my morning sun.
Soul mates can be anyone dear and special,
they can be a friend, a husband or a wife,
always giving, wanting nothing in return,
sharing the good and bad in each other's life.
The bond between soul mates will never bend,
there love will stand till the end of time,
their bond never to be broken or forgotten,
even as death leaves one soul mate behind.
Their souls will be connected forever,
the saying, till death do us part is so true,
I know they will be together in Heaven always,
an eternal life is waiting for both of you.

Yes you are blessed to have a wonderful woman like Jamey by your side. It makes life so much easier. I thought I had found mine when I married my first husband but it wasn't meant to be.They say you only find true love only once. After that I never looked again. Thank you for the lovely comment. Very true. You captured the most of soul mates here. I am so blessed to have one, my wife Jamey. I don't know what I would do if she wasn't around anymore. I don't even like thinking about it. We have many years yet to experience, I hope. I know whatever happens, we will still live togather in eternity with our Lord Jesus. And I know I will see you there too!
