WHAT HAVE I DONE?
DID I SCREW UP AGAIN?
DID I PUSH AWAY,
MY NEW FOUND FRIEND?
GOD SHE SEEMS SO SPECIAL!
AND SO BEAUTIFUL TOO!
WHY DID I PUSH SO HARD?
OH GOD, WHAT DID I DO?
NO NOTHING PHYSICAL,
NOT EVEN THE FIRST KISS.
SHE DIDN'T NEED ANY OF THAT,
TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE THIS!
JUST SOME FRIENDLY WORDS,
IN HER SPECIAL STYLE.
THEN I GOT IN MY TRUCK,
AND WENT SOUTH 900 MILES.
WELL THINGS DIDN'T WORK OUT,
QUITE LIKE I'D PLANNED;
BUT IF GIVEN A SECOND CHANCE.....
DAMN STRAIGHT, I'D DO IT AGAIN!

Hey!! You still out there? Been a while for me too>> Things are great and I finally have a litle time to spend on my favorite thing. Poetry!! I can relate to this poem..
