The Hanged man is suspended
between past and present of time.
He makes no effort to escape
his one foot tangled in a vine.
He hopes someone will save him
so he won’t have to decide;
He only needs to reach out to them
and the dragons will give him a ride.

When you cannot seem to make a choice,
you hang suspended in the balance.
If you wait to be told what you must do,
you really waste your talents.
You need to change the way you believe
and begin to decide on your own.
Illusions look good, but they’re not real.
Think not as a child; you’re fully grown.

Author notes
I wrote this series last summer and began posting them. I took the prose version of the Celtic Dragon Tarot interpretations and put it in verse form. I'd also included the illustrations, but was asked to remove it because of the copyright infringement. I'd given full credit to Conway and Hunt and didn't claim them for my own, but there were apparently other legalities.
So...for the legal beagles out there.... These are MY words, although they were inspired by Conway.
more to come....
