Woven and Spun

The world is troubled
With plague and war
Kids left wondering
What we’re fighting for
Hope seems to have vanished
From end to end
But it’s truly waiting
Just around the bend

God carries us
When exhaustion hits
Sprinkling hope from Heaven
Just when we think it’s the pits
Inspiration falls
Like a leaf in Autumn
A quilt of joy
Lovingly woven and spun

Author notes

I've chosen the third option, an uplifting and hopeful poem.  I love words of inspiration, both to read and to write.  Good luck, everybody, and God bless.

Very good and I must say you can see your truely a spiritual person in all your poems. The feelings of hope and spirtuality you cast on to other people is marvellous. In a world of neagativity you yourself are looking to give people hope. I commend you infinately for that. May God shine brightly on you forever for what you do. I can tell you are a great person. Good work.
