Jaded garden
The weeds have filled in
Where glorious elms and cedars grew
The nymphs have all left
The sylphs have flown away
This jaded garden fades and greys
The celts were once fond
Of this fairy way
But slowly the darkness set in
And all spirits were driven out
The juniper that grew along the edges
Of this once great place, have shed their berries
In this jaded garden
Our memories lay
Beneath the holly tree

Well I don't know much about celtic mythology...but I know a little bit...very little. I can see where it ties in however in this piece, which was very well written. I enjoyed the read. thanks for entering!

Magical
This is beautiful in its forlorn sadness. I love the references you made to cletic mythology and such. Very nice work. Congrats!
