Memories Within The Flow

locomotives screaming through the Colorado mountains
as they smile through the steam
what tales they could tell
an imagination runs through one's mind
as the memories flow
an adventures where some explored
the mysteries
through the west
where most just lived their lives
yet as we see it
what could be more grander
than living the life
where one touched beyond danger
yet somehow escapes
without a scratch
and lives to tell
what befalls.
