Waiting

God is crying,it rained today.
Another soul has lost his way.
Raindrops fall from his eyes.
I'm the one, I made him cry.

Didn't stop, rained all night.
I don't see an end in sight.
So many souls lost like me.
Lost in a sea of misery

Hands held out,full of love.
Angels singing up above.
God never likes to loose.
But he allows you to choose.

As I hear the raindrops fall.
Is today the day I get a call?
Is it Gods voice I hear?
Is he close, is he near?

Once again doubts creep in.
Another day, God did not win.
I have tried with all my heart.
My mind keeps God and I apart.

How will I know it's God I hear?
How Will I know he is there?
I started writing poems of love.
Now I write of heaven above

My dear friend, he's been so kind.
He say to let God in my mind.
I get more frustrated each day.
I don't know what else to say.

This is such a sad poem. "Lost in a sea of misery "<-- that is my favorite line. God does give us a choice and does get sad when we choose the wrong one. It's okay to be speechless. God loves you always.
love always and forever, marissa rae

That's OK! Just as you would have a very close relationship with a friend, if you are frusterated with eacother, or have some kind of differences, you would tell eachother, because you love eachother. It's the same way with God, Jesus wants youi to be honest with Him. It's ok to be speechless! There is nothing we can do to make God love us more or less and there is nothing we can do to impress Him. We can only make Him happy! Let me tell you, you are making Him happy!
