wreck

felt the crash,
as if it were a dream.
I watched myself die,
as if seeing it through another's eyes.
I thought of all the people I would miss,
all the things that I would lose.
And I wished I could have had a little longer,
To do all the things I hadn't gotten to do.
But you took my life before it was my time,
the choice you made cost me my life,
because of one stupid mistake I died,
you chose to drink and drive
