Excellent.
Very nice. I still like haiku. It seems like something so short should get old, but it doesn't. This is a great summer poem. It just kind of makes you feel that way... the way you're supposed to at summertime. -
Enjoyed your haiku and the pic' (wondering why I haven't heard from you).
How are you doing, Sis?
Love and hugs,

Dear Susan,
Hmmm. Unusual 3/4/1 scheme but beautifully expre4ssive and it wouldn't have the impact if there were any more syllables or words. I love it and applaud it.
Glad to sense that you are feeling better these days. Keep it up as I do my prayers for you, sweetheart.
Love and hugs, XXX Hugh.

Hi Susan:
And if you live in Houston, the buzzzzz of mesquitos all night long to help you through the night. No open windows for this part of the world, if I can help it. Lovely Haiku though. Thanks for sharing the Haiku and the picture. Bill -

Ah, a beautiful haiku!
It reminded me of my old apartment in Santa Monica. It was a a few blocks from the beach and I used to love to sit in front of the window and hear the revelers on the beach, feel the breeze and watch the sun set over the Pacific. Thanks for taking me back!

Isn't it wonderful when the warm weather comes
Here in Maine it's so cold for so many months
That i just love when summer comes so i can open
up all the windows first thing in the morning
and let the air and the sound of the birds
come on it.. It's such a blessing
~Wonderful Haiku Sweet Lady Moon ~
~Tomorrow is another beautiful day just waiting to begin~
Love to you Sweety Always ~
