Its been long frozen time without you
Without u holding me tight
in ur strong arms yet with the
warmth and tenderness of a blossoming flower;
Ur soft, caring touches & emotion in ur voice
Still sends a chill running up my spine;
I can still feel ur presence, the
fragrance in ur breath;
Then, comes the awful realization
& salty drops of overwhelming emotions
emerge out from my eyes
taking away with it
the debris of shattered dreams
I miss u
I miss those soothing winds & strolls
We used to make in the woods
in those starlit nights;
But, now I wonder
U are one of those countless stars
twinkling brightly in the sky
& in my heart
promising love forever
I know u are still alive
U are still alive-
In my thoughts;
In my mind;
In my soul;
In very profoundities of my life;
In every ounce of my feelings;
Those precious moments, we spent together;
Their memories will never fade
& will linger on till I die;
Death can’t make us part;
For I loved u;
For I love u;
For u are my love of a lifetime;
& even after death
I will keep loving u forever & ever…..

Bittersweet, yet almost comforting. It reminds me one of my favorite movie quotes...
"Will you love me for the rest of my life?"
"No, I'll love you for the rest of mine."
