Upon The Easel

Art pieces flagged the wall
a transposed gallery of script
this parody of verse in paint
the feathered gleaming vision’s
~symmetry

I saw words in silent sketch
orange oils that splashed a sun
above the maudlin opaques
hovering the squalored village
~tapestry.

Each tree upon the twilight’s hill
haunts with some erotica
their jagged arms fondling breasts
of turquoise-silvered clouds
~imagery

I witnessed the pantoum’s palet
nearly breathless to its lore
crashing ebb sears my heart
to see the poesy-the thrusting
~poetry!

    Most Excellent!!

I loved this piece - well crafted, balacned well in both the soul and mind.

This last part left me wanting

    "I witnessed the pantoum’s palet
    nearly breathless to its lore"
    This is most excellent!

    "crashing awe sears my heart"
Here is where I lose the imagery - a suggestion would be perhaps - Crashing fever sears my heart" or "Crashing waves sear my heart" and then imagery you have so masterfully built flows into your final line

    to see the poesy-the thrusting
    ~poetry!

    of turquoise-silvered clouds
