It's not the smile or the pleasing face.
It's the heart that lies inside
Which draws me to her side.
In her, I can confide
What I am deep inside.
With her, my trust is sure.
With her, love is genuine and pure.
She always shows how much she cares
By the time with me she shares.
She lifts me up when I feel blue.
She is always honest and true.
With her, I can share my heart and mind.
No better friend could I find.
This is why time with her is dear.
This is why I want her so near.

I wrote this using feelings and thoughts I have for a friend. It's more of a hope than an actulity because I'm a true single.
