As I sit looking at my blank computer screen
I've decided I definitely need more caffeine
My mind is empty and there are no scenes
I need more inspiration, after all I'm a man of means
It's 2 o'clock in the morning and my mind is still blank
This in no way is going to put money in the bank
I have bills to pay and a mortgage due
And if that's not enough the neighbor wants to sue
Now I bet you're wondering what did I do
Nothing, it was the dog, he started to chew
I think he was attracted to the neighbor's tattoo
The poor guy was turning a reddish blue
and to top it off he was jumping like a giant kangaroo
Settle down I said and let's use our head
and please don't shoot my poor dog dead.
