She sighed heavily,
Along with two or three muffled sobs.
A blank expression lies on her numbed face
As she stares straight ahead.
She sort of droops over her lanky body
And lets her wrinkly skin tremble vigorously
Blinking to calm herself.
She props her hands on her lap
As she watches the dark casket
Lower deep into the earth.

Yes. a sad moment, caught in a picture of words. Nice, yet so sad. Good work, indeed.

i hate it when people die, and this work of art captures that feeling you get when it happens. 10 out of 10.

Dark, deep, beautiful. I loved how descriptive this poem was. I could picture the person as i read it. Wonderful peice of literature.

Awsome!
Very well done.. I could read the poem and it was very easily descriptive.. So much as for me to very easily subject myself into the poem and feel myself being lowered into the ground. The wording was very nicely done.. Although i'm a fan of rhyming poems this has braught me out of my box.. and for that I thank you..
