Lust's Leap

"...on a whim..."
in a lost moment
does such a chance even exist?

rambling thoughts
parading through the mind,
of a confused...individual

a dreamer...
lost in yesterday
when romance wasn't found in books

determination
lust stumbles into infatuation
as connections are made

a satire
as we dance
stars of a comedic-tragedy

The romancing of the word, our dangled breath hanging from our lips and blasting out the windows. This piece kept our minds intact with the flow of letters and left us wishing for more. We shall not waste your time with too many words, but will say that we left this poem satisified and with joy. Excellent work.

    your friends,

    i may listen
    to your heart's whispering
    but it seems i do
    not quite understand
    altho i would say
    love is lust
    purified.

um, right. i know what i mean i like this. it's mysterious and yet i can see there's a meaning behind it. if only i were smart - and awake - enough to decipher what it was
    nice write.

    Rock On!

oh, and by the way, in case you're interested, i've finally managed to put 'masochism romanticised' into a poem. "The Heart's Mind"
