Anger

Here it comes again,
stirring from inside.
Watch out!
There's no where you can hide.
Aggression and hatred,
coming from deep within.
Looking forward,
but knowing where you've been.
Mind twisting-turning,
boiling from the soul.
I come out at the worst times,
making you act a fool.
What is this I talk about that makes me act this way?
It's Anger, and I fight with it everyday!

    I know how you feel here, anger is something that I tend to fall into quite often but then I think about my life and how it could be worse and it makes me appreciate it more. If it is someone that is angering you, the worst revenge is to forgive them. Works for me. Thank you for commenting on my work also!

    Believe me, I feel anger EVERY day...all I have to do is think of my ex husband and I get terribly upset...anyway - this was a great poem, wonderful way of expressing your feelings. Keep it up!

    Wow!!! you do show your anger on your way of writing and the way you create the environment..Anger is really a normal feeling we sometimes dont know what were doing when we have this anger motion.We just happen not to control it that way..the way we wanted. NIce way of expressing it!

    its a good write, but you say that it is about your anger, and how you want to explode i think you could express for of the anger inside rather that the way it is thrown at other...but that is just my opinion...i really liked the line "looking forward, but knowing where you've been"...keep it up Serpy.
