Chasing nimble and numb-
for who's to succumb
to the measure and maze
of thy oft-faring craze?
None for maids after noon
with the now-empty spoon,
naught as well for the cat
who fell just... like that!
Author notes

I needed a laugh and that's what I got reading this. Great work. It's cute and simple. It's amazing how great a poem can be when you just let go and have fun. Great work here. I enjoyed reading your other work as well. Best wishes!
