Your perfect love that cleansed my soul
Wistful for the day
Our lives become one
Understanding the commitment
Love has brought us to, til
Death do us part

Enjoying what I thought I'd never have
Veiled insecurities slowly dying with
Each step I take with you
Recognizing what we have, and accepting it
Children to follow

The first three lines are so true. I'm sure we've all thought that we found that special person, the one we thought was the right one. But in the end we were fooled by them and the way they acted towards you. But then sometimes in our lives, we will find that person, the one who is perfect for you. This was a great poem. Great write.
