An exquisite colorful cinquain. I love the picture too. I can just picture Martha planting all those flowers in her prison cell.. lol.

    Sincerely,

I have to laugh at you (in a friendly manner) for bringing to light your weirdness, and adding it in the poem and staying true to you. Very innovative, fresh idea - to use many different flowers to describe you. How interesting it made this! The form is correct and I absolutely love the background.

    thanks for an awesome entry!

ps I am irish too alittle, don't know how much...or little

Each flower represents a piece of me in my life, whether through heritage, birth, existence, for example baby's breath is my birth, Irish bells (my heritage) princess Di (my convictions on aiding the helpless) Hallowe'en tulips (my weirdness).

Where did you find that Martha pic? Damn, that's funny. I really like this poem. The words you used worked together well, but there was almost a jerking feeling I got, like they were oxymorons (I think it just might be me), particularly with the Halloween tulips line, there's just something there under its innocence. It might just be me, but that's what I see. This is nice though, it's got a real full circle feel to it. Thanks.

First I just HAVE to say Bravo on the Martha pic, I had to stop laughing before I could read your poem hun, I'm sorry, never cared for the woman myself, struck me too funny to see thist LOL As for your write, it reminds me of spring, but also speaks to me of serenity, how the world should be, it's just the first thing that popped in my head as I read it. The Wheel of life, so to speak. Perhaps I'm just a bit odd, but it did. I find it very serene and refreshing, a great write

Halloween tulips are new....just came out this year, a new breed that when flourish are a striking orange that looks like pumpkin colors...can hardly wait to see them bloom (and yes, Martha Stewart is a joke)

    Excellent

This is a dainty and darling poem that's words paint a lovely poetic bouquet of flowers to behold within mental imagery with the little help of this wonderful background.
