It could be any church - the point is that the rainbow was a symbol of God's covenant with man after the flood, and Easter is supposed to be a symbol of the fulfillment of that covenant - with the death and resurection of God's son. On this Easter Day there were two complete rainbows over the church (it happened to be the Abbey) which kind of caught my attention.
