As I look into your eyes
the deed is done as you can see,
blood upon the sword so red,
so raging like a river so wild of nature.
The blood of my heart
spills as the deed is done,
with such bitterness,
such pain upon my faithless soul.
As I gaze into the sun
the noonday marquee in heavens of destiny blue,
here souls fly to taste angel's kisses,
where ache turns to sweetness upon God's touch.
Yet, the blood still runs freely,
as I die for you of my free will so intense,
do you see my sacrifice, if not,
it is fine, my delirium is very much real
as I close my eyes for the eternal paradise
a place I do not deserve to be, except for your love.
Author notes
I just wrote this and it's not for anybody in particular, just a poem from the heart.
