Once a leaf fell to the ground
Made no significant dent or sound
The wind blew it far from home
Where it felt lost, helpless and alone
But one day when the dew was new
A stranger passed as if on cue
He picked the leaf up and carefully
Attached it back onto the tree
The leaf thought he was a miracle man
With eastern hair and skin so tan
The leaf never saw the man again
But kept him in its heart as his best friend
This strange man lived what he teached
And daily in the streets of the Israel preached
What he demonstrated with the leaf came out when he said to those gathered by the sea
"Whatever you have done to the least of my bretheren you have done to me."

great
hey Ttea, thats an awesome Poem, I really liked it :-) -
This poem rocks!!!
I really liked the style of this poem and how it clearly conveyed the truth about Jesus. I think it is very helpful to put something into parabolic form, it gives a freshness and clarity to a truth and makes it easier to understand. The hard thing is sometimes finding a story that illustrates it correctly, but I think you did a good job of it. Cool job!!!
