Oh What A Saviour,
GOD loves us so much,
i have never known a love like this
from any human i know,
Humans are so selfish and unkind,
they are out for number one,
just to please themselves,
to make themselves look good,
Humans use words of love
but don't really mean it.
Does any one really love anymore,
or have they ever to begin with ?
Oh but What A Saviour
that i have found,
that has come to comfort me,
that really does love me !
Do you know Him ?
He is easy to find,
all you have to do is call upon Him,
He is always ready to listen.
He loves to help those who
call upon His name
with Faith and Trust
Willingly choosing Him !
Oh What A Saviour !
and what is His name ?
it is the Precious and Holy name
Christ Jesus

I first wrote this poem the afternoon of April,18,2004.
and then i put it in a contest, i don't know why it did not show up when i first posted it, so i am posting it again.

When I make statements (or have thoughts) like that, I must remember that I am human, too, and that I must include myself in any criticism or moral judgment upon humanity. It IS possible to live in this world but not be part OF this world, but it takes constant effort, and not too many of us are really much good at it -- especially me. -
Good write. I dont see how people have a problem loving Jesus when he's done so much for all of us. But I guess sometimes humans can't see the truth thats right in front of them and they can be stubborn... Well, keep writing and living for God. God bless.

This is a definate praise to God but a bit judgemental of humans, which we are, and are asked not to do. God reserves the judgement. I love the fact that you are using your talents to praise our Lord and Saviour and hope to see more of your work pop out at me.

Beautiful tribute to our Lord and Savior. It is true humans do have a difficult time loving as He does. Self always gets in our way to prevent us from loving like we are suppose to, though some do strive to be like Him.Great work! -
