You'd be surprised at how little you know someone,
Until you take a walk in their shoes,
Dive into their waters,
And swim through the murky blues.
Until you visit their home,
Well after visiting hours, are hours spent
You'll hear them yell,
Abusing their powers.
You hear voices thrash;
A battle on both ends.
That changes people every time.
Their confidence and will bends.
You may never really know someone,
That much is quite clear,
But when the time comes for you to see,
Will you see them for them? Or just sit back and let it be?
