have you ever been in darkness
have you ever felt all alone
did you ever feel afraid to answer phone
did you ever feel so scared
of where stair case led
or which road was right one
if you even did belong
sing a song so many times
goes on and on and on
still I sit here wondering
if life is where i belong.
look back on time wonder
what went wrong
so I don’t have the answer
as I’m still afraid to pick up phone.
