I watched a moving second hand by keeping all eyes peeled
and by its subtle movements was the universe revealed.
I've learned its habits dutif'lly and now my fate is sealed:
the hand reaches into my heart and all at once I'm healed.
I watch you as you watch myself and it is plain to see,
my heart has skipped another beat to solve this mystery.
Time claims the hearts of lovers, for a moment sets them free.
Then lovers will surrender and claim back eternity.
The mirrors show who we'll become should we submit to hear
the booming voice of silence that is screaming in our ear.
Then once we obfuscate all doubt and overcome all fear,
the mirrors evermore shall show our beaming face, my dear.

This was a very nicely done piece of work that you have written here. I found this piece really enjoyable to read. it was really good. i really liked the lines:
