Clockwork
With those swings in steady motion
These pendulums of life in just
As in their constant reverberation
These numerical lives unfold
Working for us night and day
Their moving hands upon their faces
Gears and wheels of brass and copper
To regulate our nature's flow
Ticking
Tocking
Clicking
Clocking
They watch us from afar
Day keepers from the east and west
These clocks are made to tell our times
And we take it all for show
Those minutes will not last forever
Those melting hours in our souls
You must pay attention while they work
Your seconds go on fragile counting
Clicking
Clocking
Ticking
Tocking
Chimes and bells ring out the truths
Announcements made for every hour
If we look upon our lives too blandly
The clocks shall go as life stands still
Clockwork movement old and new
Bonds in motions for the few
We fall behind a constant message
Timing goes as we are vapid

I think you put this together quite well. I wish you the best in all your poetic endeavours.
