Warm

If I could write you a song,
I would spill it all inside of your head.

If you never woke up,
I'd sit by your grave and wait for your ghost
to take my hand.

If I still can't learn to breathe easier,
I'll learn to let myself go.

If my heart collapses,
and blood runs down your neck,
I hope it will keep you warm.

    I agree with David.

Second stanza is my favorite. That in itself could be a completely new poem.

Very vivid and colourful images bunched into a remarkably sweet and yet lovingly morbid poem. Great work!

The imagery is very profound. I just feel like each image can be expanded, made tangible with some more intimate diction.
