I can wake up and stub my toe.
I can go my life without snow.
I can miss my brother,
And hate my mom.
I can love another,
And be left to sob.
I can watch the news and wonder why.
I can see black smoke fill the blue sky.
I can watch pain,
And feel numb.
I can take the blame
And hold a gun.
When I think I cant anymore.
When the harshest rains downpour.
I stop. I breathe.
With eyes closed
I Can faintly hear the whisper of autumn leaves.
