In the time of ancient strong warlords
metal was hammered sxharp and adored
kissing the shiny new blade and swore
to defend in the name of a lord
All battles had some religious lore
lucky surviving spirits would soar
the victory celebrations roared
staying alive praying for no more
Splendid time was life with brawny swords
taking but one knew it was abhorred
valued were their mighty limbs all four
religion survived the bloody wars
