A rainy day, like many of the others.
A shoulder offered,
A kind word and a drink.
A bit tired,
I say.
The room is spinning.
Close my eyes for just a moment it seems.
Hands, fingers,
Touching my back and leg.
I've eaten glue,
My mouth is stuck shut,
And the hands reach farther.
Intentions apparent now,
Yet unable to speak or move.
Paralyzed, mesmerized.
Venom and drink in my blood.
A mouth,
Forked tongue.
And the snake has me in his clutches now.
I'm being entered, invaded.
I move my mouth,
Not even whisper can escape.
Something that never terrified,
Just something I ever despised,
But never I thought it would happen to me.
No shifting now,
I can't stop this myself.
And He is beyond the poison.
Then I feel the explosion,
And it is already too late.
