Oh, this is so cute and I'm so glad you brought my attention to this because I never really knew these ladies' headpieces of yesteryear were called "fascinators". And your choice of the little French rondelet as a form to bring it to the fore is perfect!

I was at a wedding this summer and my cousin's wife was wearing one. Fascinating but I don't know how she kept it on.
