Three simple words I cannot forget
Etched into my memory for a lifetime
You left me.
And you put him in your place
Its not the same, never the same.
You did this to me on purpose
You knew what would happen
Sure, we didn't have much to begin with
Wait, thats a lie.
We had everything.
All within our simple relationship
But YOU left ME
I'm a zombie
Watching him do things
You wouldn't dare
They hurt me
And he doesn't care.
You would never let this happen
You wouldn't let it continue
I'm broken
I'm terrified
And alone.
You left me.
Lying alone.
Standing...alone...I'm still waiting.
Where are you...where have you gone?
I'm still hoping you'll show up..
But I know you never will
Because...YOU LEFT ME.
Forever.
