The god of fools took a handful of filth
He then mixed it to sugar, vinegar, pepper and pill
When he finished the amalgam - it was a TONGUE.
Author notes
What usually come out of people's mouth? Filth, sugar-coated lies, sour and peppery remarks and bitter words.

The poem is really good in its brevity. The placing of words will be more effective if you'll place it somewhere.
My take on this:
The tongue: an amalgam,
a handful of filth with a mixture
of sugar, vinegar, pepper, and pill
hand-made by god of fools.
Just my thoughts. Other than that this is cool.
Thanks and regards,
