Black Dawn

BLACK DAWN


Black is the dawn
So eerie  it seems
Darkness has taken hold

Black riders start their journey
Through the shadowy places
Where non would dare to go


Long shadows stretch out
Darkening the light
Oh beware of the black dawn
No one wants to go into the shadowed lands
They might be caught by the shadowen

    what an interesting take on the color of black. i like where you took the prompt, talking about the darkness of the night and its shadows. we don't want to get caught! great job!

    one small thing:
    in the 2nd paragraph, 1st line
    "Black riders start there journey"
    I believe 'there' is supposed to be 'their'
