Invisable Silence

I wonder who has taken time to see me

Maybe someone would have heard me

if the volume had been turned down

I don't know. I seem to be

the quietest scream, the smallest mountain

the dimmest of all the sunshine's rays

Would anyone notice one less sun ray,

one less mountain; the smallest of all

Will my voice be heard in the quitest scream

If I'm no longer here?

This goes back to the old question if a tree fell in the forest and no one was around does it make any noise? Of course it does, just no one to appreciate it fully. You need to move to a different forest. Best of luck... Scott

What I like about this is that it has a very coherent train of thought. That notion of lacking and of insignificance in light of the magnitude of everything else is clearly conveyed. I really liked your use of the quietest scream, the smallest mountain and the dimmest ray. Still, screams, mountains and light are all powerful things, even the little ones

    Thank you for entering

This is really well done. I like the story behind it.
