the note

i saw it
the sunset clad cityscapes
the great cathedrals in honor of god
and the manhunters playing their games
nude around bonfires

it was orange
it was yellow
the world sung and danced
then it glistened white and burst

like a bubble
from an elaborate bubble machine

the water spreading in the darkness
