On the Reality of Creative Genius (a short)

There's a painter in the attic
wearing torn and dirty clothes,
crawling through the insulation
and ignoring rose for rows
of wily little wires
that won't do as they should,
while his sketchbook weeps with sorrow
'cause his oven lacks a hood!
