The Gods were Pleased

Missing image
Dancing naked
the gods were pleased

Thrust upon this earth
beams of silver
illuminating life

And forever
they shall grow
flourishing in contrast

The divinity
of their spirit

    I love the stanza -
    "Thrust upon this earth
    beams of silver
    illuminating life"

Sometimes we have to open our eyes wide in order to see the symbols of the ancient mothers.

I really like the first stanza. It has a wider perspective than imagined.

    a very nice poem.

    Thanks for sharing.

Looks just like a sprite dancing in the moonlight under the full moon. You have captured this one here honey, and your attempt with free verse and a limited number of words are amazing. Love you honey. All my love to you.
