Those idyllic moments of intimacy,
I hold dearly, close to my heart;
dotted with long walks on the beach,
hand in hand, you and I together.
When the sunshine dazzled our lives,
the evenings were songs of twilight;
in the moonlit night by agitated waves,
we blossomed along in flowery grandeur.
The ecstasy was consequently full,
a twist of fate was bound to happen;
you wafted away like classy perfume,
and I was left with my vicious destiny.
One moonlit night on the same beach,
I sat nonchalantly with ocean behind me;
for there was no inspiration without you,
windy terrain and the struggling breath?
And the moon rose, hanging sad in the sky,
between dying sunlight and the shadows ;
I kept my eyes wide opened to soak up,
the splendor of life before I died.
