It pulled so quickly and completely
chasing, longing, wanting
whisper your secrets to me
and I shall guard them as my own
show me everything
beneath the soft exterior
Untangling infinite emotional knots
trying to make sense of someone who is
and who is not the reflection of me
wanting to understand every dimension
of the awakening oneness
as it unfolds
You hold the wandering shadow
adrift in all my worlds
waves at night
haunting, evocative
freedom from entanglements
awaiting the currents of destiny
You reflect deeper cosmic realities
mask the eternal with agents of imaginary
stepping back and witnessing all
the woman I'm enamored with
for a while you were here
