Runaway

There's a girl,
no one can see her,
she's locked in a tower.
She has to break free
from this torturious place.
The only thought of a way out
is to run from this place where she lay.
She wants to runaway,
to hide from this place,
to escape her dreadful fate.
Feeling unwanted and unloved,
she has no place to go.
she is scared and tired
of living in hurt and anger.
She needs a prince,
her knight in shining armor,
to take her away,
away from her horrible castle.
She knows he's out there,
she can feel it in her heart.
The more she thinks about it,
she begins feeling hopeless.
If she isn't rescued,
her existence,
will end that very night.
She can't continue
to be in this pain anymore.
She'll cut short her story.
She needs to be found by her prince,
she needs her protector,
she wants to be loved.
She wants to runaway,
she's got to.
