You used to be a part of me,
something that was only mine,
but then you grew inside of me,
you made my dreams multiply.
I couldn't contain you,
you spilled out of me in laughter,
you were deeply rooted and growing,
you moved my lips around words I never knew.
When everybody knew about you,
and you weren't mine anymore,
you stopped growing,
your color fading, stretched too thin.
Until I saw you again,
you became mine again,
and I didn't tell anyone at first,
just let you fill me.
Author notes
This is not a some sort of euphemism or sexual metaphor. It's about love.

I love this. <3 It flows so beautifully and it's really quite lovely. -super envious of your writing- However, I do find it funny that you put this under the category of "sharing". But really, great poem. I'm sorry I didn't see it before.

Yo, you posted it as a poem. I read poems, dammit! Therefore, I do not qualify as creepy.
And you're welcome. ;D -
