A Shadow

                Life once filled with hope,
                now nothing more than a shadow.
                Can't stand to wake up to the pain,
                this emptiness has left my soul, hollow.

                Leave me be, words I echo
                as darkness overcomes the sun.
                Sinking me into a deeper hole,
                a world, within just a room, I'm the only one.

                Don't shed any teardrops, I ask.
                There will be no one to remember me.
                My passing won't stop anybody's life
                I never touched a thing, as if I never be.

                As I leave, don't pretend to know me
                you would be lying, words of maunder.
                I am what I am, a shadow
                a forgotten voice, nothing ,to what matters.
