Colder than the Coldest

In this life you’ve got to be …
Colder than the cold
Wiser than those wise
And bolder than the bold

You’ve got to have a sharper eye than the tiger
You’ve got to walk through
The dark with the demons everyday
And not be afraid

You’ve got to be prepared to die
(For its only the inevitable)
You’ve got to be smarter than
Them all and know…..

You’ve got to know when to
Draw your gun
Or Raise your voice

Know when to
Shut up

Know when to
Fight

Know when to
Walk away

Know when to
Take a stand

And  know when to
Pull out

In this life you’ve got to be more vicious
Than the killers
For if you don’t they might
as well just kill you
You’ve got to know what you stand for
And for that be ready to die
Be more savage than the wolves
And outrun them on every occasion
Be greedier than all the pigs
And at any moment be willing to snatch their plates
You’ve got to climb the mountains they climb,
Run the tracks they run
Fight the same fights they fight
And carry more guns than they can gun
In this life you’ve got to
Know when to be rebellious

Know your enemies
Like you know your best friends
Know your  enemies
They can sometimes be camouflaged among
Your best friends
Know when to lie, because deceit is a weapon
Know when to be treacherous, know when to call it a defeat
In this Life you’ve got to be colder than the coldest blooded murderers
You’ve got to bathe in the hottest saltiest water until your skin becomes as hard as granite
You’ve got to do down fisted pushups on the concrete until they are as hard as such
You’ve got to bang your head on steel walls until it is tough enough to sustain any impact
Train like you fight and fight like you train
Because in this life the horses will trample you and not look back…
