Inside The World of Magic

Imagine the wonders
within a book and all the
adventures it holds

whose breath of life
began from a tree,
transformed by man
to set us free

to wander to worlds
of infinite possibilities
across the stars and open sea's

come enter this realm
of amazing sights,
allow your mind to take flight

channel your dreams and
ignite your soul, to a dimension
where endless tales are told

for you're the captain
of the ship, so take the
helm and go on a trip

into the miracle place
they call a book, for all
it takes is just one look

It's all abbra kadabra...misdirection...a slight of hand and eye. Art is a lie that lets you see the truth. -c

I enjoyed this. "Transformed by man to set us free"- I like this line.

I would change the second to last stanza. The flow is disrupted a bit. "so take the helm and go on a trip" could flow better if it was "so grab the helm and take a trip." Just my opinion. I recommend not acknowledging it.
